1981
The first company in the group in training service was PT. Patra Utama HRD Corporation. Later named PT. Patria Utama Humanindo that became the Pioneer and the biggest oil training company in Indonesia. Trained more than 15,000 professionals in operations, engineering and management of petroleum industry, both domestic and foreign personnel.

1983
PT Petronindo Utama, a production and wire line service company was established.
In 1988 became the biggest company that controlled mostly the wireline services in Indonesian market.

1989
PT. Welltekindo Nusantara, a wireline manufacturing, training and service company, was established to manufacture world class wireline units, equipment and downhole tools, exported to global market.


1994
PT. Babat Kukui Energy was the first oil company in the group, which operates Babat and Kukui oil field ex Royal Dutch Shell Petroleum, under Technical Assistant Contract (TAC) in South Sumatera, Indonesia.

2000
PT Asia Raya Nusa Energi acquired from PERTAMINA offshore Udang oil field ex Conoco-Philips, located in Natuna, South China Sea, Indonesia, sold major share and operatorship to PT. Pertalahan Arne Batara Natuna. The field is producing 4,000 barrels oil per day in 2006 and expected to produce up to 8,000 barrels oil per day in 2011 by additional new well drilling.
